[j-nsp] third party SFPs?

We've used fluxlight with fantastic success. Only snag we've ever had
was with Cisco CWDM SFP's not being supported on an ES20 line card.
Turns out Cisco has the same part number for two different products
(with and without DOM). When we found this out, they went back to
their vendor, got a new set made, and shipped us a completely new set
overnight without so much as an RMA number. They're my first and last
stop for SFP's.
