I'm not sure what operator you're specifically aiming at, but stuff like
"[1-65535]*" doesn't work despite the manual saying 
"Range of AS numbers to match a single AS number". The issue seems to be
a lack of pattern recall operators in Junos ("\n" as in POSIX regular
expressions).
