[j-nsp] load override M10 errors

Hi Onam,
I´m not sure about the "missing terminating quote" message, but I see 
that your configuration file has a strange extension. Is this the file 
you generated with a save command? Or is it a compressed configuration 
file you obtained from the /config/ directory?
I think you can make a override only using a file with the configuration 
saved in ascii format.
