[j-nsp] problem with ospf between linux/quagga and JunOS via GRE interface

Hm... I found more with direct connection:

17:32:59.377243 IP z.z.z.170 > y.y.y.169: ICMP time exceeded in-transit, length 36

17:33:09.377277 IP y.y.y.169 > z.z.z.170: GREv0, length 68: IP x.x.x.189 > 224.0.0.5: OSPFv2, Hello, length 44
17:33:09.377573 IP z.z.z.170 > y.y.y.169: ICMP time exceeded in-transit, length 36

y.y.y.169 - Linux
z.z.z.170 - JunOS
x.x.x.188/30 - in tunnel

This same with "ip ospf network non-broadcast" (nbma in JunOS):

18:04:13.293867 IP y.y.y.169 > z.z.z.170: GREv0, length 68: IP .x.x.189 > x.x.x.190: OSPFv2, Hello, length 44
18:04:13.294318 IP z.z.z.170 > y.y.y.169: ICMP time exceeded in-transit, length 36

Why is "time exceeded in-transit" happens ?
