Hrmmmm... Ok, I see RPD_MPLS_PATH_BW_NOT_AVAILABLE documented as having 
been added (well, renamed) in 8.2, but it's not going into my syslog, 
even on my syslog debug file configured for "any verbose". Have you seen 
this event actually work?
