I only know about issues that we've run into, mainly on EX8200, but 
10.1S8 is supposed to pick up several fixes for some pretty serious 
issues (some of which are so bad I'm not even going to discuss them 
publicly until a fix it deployed :P) we've been waiting on for a while. 
Overall EX 10.1S6 has been surprisingly stable compared to other code 
we've used, on MX too for that matter, so you could certainly do worse.
