According to that documentation:

10GBASE-ZR is only supported on XFP (or XENPAK), so with a
"XFP-10G-Z-OC192-LR2" on a MIC card for example.
"SFPP-10GE-ZR" doesn't exist (yet?), and according to a discussion I saw
on nanog last year, mostly because SFP+ is not (yet) supporting that...

Doing a search, it seems some manufacturers are selling SFP+ ZR...
Might be interesting to ask a sample for a lab trial...
