> I dont' think this is something you can calculate.  Most vendors do
extensive testing and come up with a number that they are willing to
support.  There are alot of variables and just because you may be able to
stuff a box full of routes without it crashing doesn't mean that it's safe
to do so.  It's probably best to just work with the numbers put out by
juniper.
