[j-nsp] JUNOS 10.4S6 for EX8200 - PR/676826

Hi all,

So, --sigh--, it looks like there are still severe bugs being
discovered in JUNOS 10.4:

Does anyone know more about PR/676826 and what the "various
conditions" that trigger it might be? Anyone know when the defect was
introduced?

I've opened a JTAC case in an attempt to find out more because we've
just embarked on an upgrade to 10.4R6; if the bug can/will bite us I
need to decide whether to stick with 10.4R6, go to 10.4S6, or wait for
10.4R7.
