We're running 250ms across all Cisco and Juniper routers and 
switches in our network.

Multipliers tend to be 3, but we've been playing around with 
slightly higher multipliers on higher latency links.

So far, it's all been stable, across a bunch of software- 
and hardware-based routers, of varying generations.
