[j-nsp] How to access routing engine BIOS

I see. Currently "DEL" key will send:

^[[3~ 	 27 0033 0x1b
 	 91 0133 0x5b
 	 51 0063 0x33
 	126 0176 0x7e

I'll try to map this to "^?". Setkeycodes should do the trick. In
addition, I'll try to press "DEL" even sooner. I'll let you know.
