Hi Folks,
I´m going to install 2 SA4500 in clustering configuration for my
customer, and it's the first time I turn on one of them...
The idea is to migrate a part of users configured in a old SA2500
cluster, to the new SA4500 cluster, maintaining the authentication
server, administration users, policies and roles configurations.
I saw that exists the possibility to make a push from a SA to another,
to copy parts of configuration, so I think to use this feature to
accomplish the requiremet.
So, basically my idea is:
1 - make the basic configuration for the new cluster in lab
2 - install the new cluster in the network
3 - push the configuration required from the SA2500 to the SA4500
4 - delete the users not required in the nex SA4500
2,3,4 to make during the maintainance window.
Anyone could validate this steps or just comment them?
Is there some kind of method to do the same but not during an MW? I'd
like to have the whol configuration ready before the installation.
Thanks so much.
Cristian
