[j-nsp] Optimal BFD settings for BGP-signaled VPLS?

Thanks for the responses thus far concerning BFD for BGP-signaled VPLS.

Some have asked about using RSVP: we originally set out to use RSVP, but
we ran into a number of bugs/issues in our environment. We aren't able to
take advantage of all of the "bells and whistles" with RSVP anyway, and
LDP was A LOT simpler to deploy. Perhaps as some of these JUNOS PRs get
worked out we will revisit RSVP.

In our environment, my only major qualm with LDP is the multicast
replication issue at the PE ingress. But hopefully when/if Juniper
supports mLDP, this should get resolved.

Regarding BFD echo mode, I am curious to know if others have operational
experience with it (on non-Junos gear since Juniper does not yet support
it).
