[j-nsp] JUNOS upgrade to 10.4R4.5 on M10i

Hello folks,

i want to upgrade a M10i (with RE-850 installed) to JUNOS 10.4R4.5.
When i try to install the software, i get the following error:

alex at test> request system software add 
/var/tmp/jinstall-10.4R4.5-domestic-signed.tgz no-validate

WARNING: Package jinstall-10.4R4.5-domestic-signed is not compatible 
with this hardware.
WARNING: Please install a package with version 7.4 or higher.

In the release notes for 10.4R4.5 i saw that there's a compact flash 
with 1G capacity needed since JUNOS 9.0. But an upgrade from 8.0R2.8 to 
9.3R1.7 worked without problems.

Is it because of my 256MB compact-flash and what's the product number of 
the compact-flash i need ?
