[j-nsp] MX480 Temp Monitoring.

Hi.

With our cisco 7206's it was easy to monitor temps as are only
a couple of them to look at.

With our 480 there are lots of temps in the chassis one can monitor.
Which ones are the important ones? I figure both the RE's and the
CPU on each would be a place to start, but what do others actively
monitor?
