Yes.  I use some 10G cFPCs in pretty much this manner on a pair of M120s 
at work.  They've been running that way for the past 4 years with no major 
issues.  I can send a config snippit if needed.

I don't know about double-tagging/QinQ support, as I don't use those 
features.
