Hey Guys, thanks much for the suggestions. Based on your suggestions, I
think what I have will work, if not, I will go the with the RSVP. Hopefully
I can get it completed tomorrow. I'll post the working solution if I can get
it completed tomorrow. Else it will be after SC11 until I can complete it.
Thanks much!

+1 GRE between loopbacks. Why not just use RSVP for labeling and do L2vpn
or pseudowire. Both work though.

Simple enough using a vlan-ccc. The problem is that I have to setup the
vlan-ccc over a GRE tunnel. Now the question I have is how to make it layer
2 to the GE interface? Since I can using a vlan-ccc, vlan-ccc and family
inet cannot be configured on the same vlan-id, so I cannot terminate the
GREs on the same endpoints (GE) that I need to configure the vlan-ccc.
I would think the GRE is between loopbacks on each router, and then
l2circuit over tldp over rsvp (or perhaps just ldp) over GRE?
Are you saying that you need a layer 2 crossconnect and layer 3 services on
the same vlan?
