[j-nsp] Fan Tray Failure in JM20

Keegan,

 

I took a look the M20 unit again.  

 

When I pull out a fan tray, you can here the fan tray cycle down and the
fans are spinning at a high rate of speed.

 

I did this to all 3 front fan trays and I received the same result.  (Can't
get to the back fan tray.)

 

This must be some type of mis-communications or reporting error.

 

Do I have to replace the entire chassis to fix this or shut down the unit to
repair?
