[j-nsp] Passive Bandwidth Utilization Monitoring

I have a question about the "Passive Bandwidth Utilization Monitoring" functionality. If say an LSP is set to actively monitor bandwidth and say the maximum average value was determined as X, now when the bandwidth signaling happens, if user changes the autobandwidth parameter to do passive monitoring, will it continue to request for X or will it fall back to the bandwidth configured on the LSP itself ?
