Just adding to Asad's posting, if you already have MS-DPC traffic
sampling will be done on MS-DPC instead of RE which would give more
accurate data, Otherwise traffic sampling in RE (as suggested in
Asad's post) with less aggressive sampling rate at times is sufficient
depending on your requirement.
