[j-nsp] FIB Capacity on older platform

FIB capacity is determined solely by the FEB/CFEB on those platforms. I am a bit rusty on that line and not in front of one but I believe it is under show chassis ... Show chassis feb ... In terms of number of routes I don't think there is direct correlation because the FIB depends on your number of peers and interfaces.
