10.4R6 showstopper:
PR/676729 - occasional lock-up of traffic from/to controlplane (e.g. LACP)
on 16x10GE MPC PFEs.
(and a lot other serious problems)

10.4R7 showstopper:
PR/695895 - AE loadbalancing broken after member link flap when using
minimum-links feature

So neither R7 nor R6 usable for us.
