[j-nsp] Does MS-PIC (Type2 MultiServices 400) work in MX-FPC2?

Is it possible to reuse a Type2 MS-PIC in an MX-FPC2?  Or is upgrading
to the MS-DPC the only option?  This would be used for stateful
firewall and perhaps some NAT.
