Depends on the very specific setup, wether R1+R2 are hanging off same or
different PE @ Level3, wether you are advertising different MEDs (and L3
honoring them) etc... it boils down to best path selection on L3's
PE(s).

But anyway, even if R1 would see R2's advertisement (and vice versa),
it wouldn't harm as those RIB routes wouldn't become best path anyway
under normal circumstances. And even if, your R1+R2 would most probably
have all the more-specifics anyway, so actual production traffic
wouldn't be affected.

So unless specific corner scenarios apply, usage of "loops 2" should be
reasonable safe to deploy.
