[j-nsp] MTBF of M-serie nodes and PICs

Hi Rachid,

Actually the MTBF for M series and J Series is not open for the public, just now i checked in the Juniper website.
See as bellow website:

But we can find the EX MTBF in the public as bellow:

Why you need to know this parameter? Is the customer need this?

Ethernet PIC.
