Hi,
I am testing Layer 2 circuit between Juniper MX-80 with Cisco platform.
When the VLAN ID of both attachment circuit is matching, then traffic is
flowing through emulated Layer 2 circuit. But when the VLAN ID is not
matchingon both attachment circuit, then Layer 2 circuit remains up but the
traffic is not flowing through Layer 2 circuit. The only work around is to
renumber the VLAN ID on both sides to be same.
I tried doing things mentioned in "
http://forums.juniper.net/t5/Routing/L2circuit-is-down-due-to-Vlan-id-mismatch-between-MX-80-routers/td-p/130173"
but it seems to be working only when both the routers are Juniper MX.
Any option or workaround for this.
Thanks in advance.
Arun
