UBoot is the BIOS more or less. None of this helps him since it effectively
doesn't have a working BIOS to get that far.

I would ping JTAC - pretty sure the unit has a backup uboot image it can
fall back to but not having one I have no idea how to get at it myself.
Usually there's a jumper or a button one can hit to get the CPU to address
an alternate startup location.
