I mean FXP0 MGMT NET costs me to build, and value is negligible to on-band
MGMT, only difference is, fxp0 does not fail when forwarding-fails. But I
still need RS232 as well, so I'm building 3 networks, on-band, RS232 and
FXP0.

BOM for proper OOB port in place of FXP, which connect to its own memory,
cpu (think of vPro or CMP) is not significant. You can buy new vPro
motherboard for like 50EUR.

I actually talked to freescale about this, and they said they have
something in works to this end, to deliver OOB ethernet.
