[j-nsp] MX L2 port mirror into VPLS instance?

I should hasten to add that I was hoping to do this without having to burn 
up two revenue ports; i.e. send the traffic out an external interface and 
loop it back into another where my VPLS instance lives.

If I can do this all internally on the MX, that would be the best.
