[j-nsp] Aggregate route BGP tagging

Doing just a "show route community 1111:3000" does show the output I'm looking for. I figure since it had BGP communities and exported via a BGP peer, it would have been seen as under the BGP protocol.  

After looking over everything, it does make sense now.
