[j-nsp] SRX devices upgraded to 2GB ram

This is definitely concerning as we have quite a number of SRX100/110
deployed (we use them for managed SOHO services). I haven't seen any
discontinuation notice - anyone else? I agree though that it's just a
matter of time though..
