I saw it before, but it's strage since I do not guess that lldp pkt can be filtered (I've BGP peering between two sites).
Sometimes line flap and BGP goes down, but when it's up the line (and BGP) I expect to have lldp neighbor up.

What does "show lldp statistics" show for the interfaces connected to each other?

What version Junos? I ran into some LLDP bugs on early 11.4 versions.
