MQ has 4x10GE PHY in itself, 4XGE MIC capitalizes on this capability and is
driven directly by MQ making the 4XGE MIC very simple.
2XGE OTOH has its own PHY and has IX chip to connect to MQ in a UPOH mode,
for same reason 2XGE also use more energy.
MX80 spends the MQ 4X10GE capability on the chassis ports so it is
physically impossible to drive 4XGE MIC in MX80.
