No, no BGP on an EX2200. I assume the -C one is the same. 
The BGP bits just aren't there. 

I haven't tried RVI at full wire speed, but it does work at some
subrate above 100Mbps. I have heard that full wire-speed isn't to be
expected though, maybe ~500Mbps.
