On the EX boxes that have BGP.. The EX2200 doesn't even have the bits
available to try to play. 

Ie. on EX4200 without the AFL license (BGP not configured, but could be).

wan-sw1> show bgp neighbor 
BGP is not running

But on an EX2200..

sw> show bgp neighbor 
error: command is not valid on the ex2200-24p-4g

sw# set protocols bgp?  
No valid completions
