[j-nsp] Enabling SSL support for JunosScript invocation

The server is on a self-signed certificate, i'm seeing on my nginx log, the router is terminating client connection so am I correct to assume, Op script remote URL invocation can only be used with specific root CAs or it is something else?

Plain HTTP worked.
