Octavio, notice that the Role of the ports is MSTR not ROOT.  Your two
EX8200s are not in the same MSTI Region.  Compare the
configuration-name, revision-level, and VLAN-to-Instance assignments
on the two switches; they are not the same.

For more on the different MSTP Port Roles and their meanings, see IEEE
802.1Q-2005 Section 12.12 Port Role assignments.  Vendor documentation
is mostly worse than the IEEE standard, and Juniper's is no exception.
