[j-nsp] MX5 and MIC 2x10G

If you need to do any per unit scheduling, then you will need the MIC, last
time I checked/tried it still didn't work on the onboard 10Gig NIC's on the
MX5-80's and I believe the MX104 onboard 10gig's are the same.
