PR671136 is fixed in 12.3R7-S2 at least.

Other than that I'm really waiting for 14.2 to see if they did manage
to fix this. Funny that it took so long for the convergence problems
to get a larger audience. For a long time it seemed that we were the
only ones with MX80/JFlow combination.
