Fat fingers and fast typing, I had "direct _routes_" in mind. For example:

    policy-statement ... {
        ....
        term InstallLocal {
            from {
                protocol direct;
                route-filter ...;
            }
            to rib nat-vrf.inet.0;
            then accept;
        }
