I've also seen this on a vc of two EX4200s, went away on its own after a 
reboot -- and have not seen it re-appear.

Have been running 12.3R3.4 from the very start as well, rather strange.

Did not give it too much thought since it did get fixed, but am 
interested if anyone can/has figured it out.
