[j-nsp] warning: dhcp-service subsystem not running - not needed by configuration

Colleagues,

I am trying to configure an EX4200-24T as a DHCP server, but all I
get is the "warning: dhcp-service subsystem not running - not needed
by configuration" message.

Could you please give me a hand and look what's wrong with the following
configuration. I expected the DHCP server to run on the ge-0/0/0.0
interface. I tried the legacy configuration from
http://www.juniper.net/techpubs/en_US/junos13.2/topics/task/configuration/dhcp-server-cli.html
