Yep, I remember that bug. It was a real PITA.

Having Sender PE routers also act as a Receiver PE router 
with DPC's, or with unpatched versions of Junos 10 on MPC's 
was a disaster.

We had to switch back to M320's/T320's in order to have a 
Sender PE router being a Receiver PE router also.

To be fair, I haven't yet tested whether this is now fixed 
in current code. Junos 10 was a looooong time ago :-).
