[j-nsp] SRX1xx Temperature Thresholds

Thanks for the advice... but I'm not asking 'if' I should... I am asking
'how to'.  I know the risks involved.

These units are just too sensitive... and for this solution, if I am not
able to tweak the temperature settings, I may have to replace them with
another vendor.

Even if these units turned off, cooled down and turned back on a little bit
later, that would be ok, but they are in remote unattended locations, and
they are becoming frustrating and expensive to go to site to reboot.
