If you're deliberately running a Z-mode traffic (and even if you're not) you need to check that you've set the MTU on the physical interfaces of the fabric link to be large enough to take the biggest frame you would receive on your reth/revenue interfaces plus overhead. The recommended/max values are 8900 for reth/revenue ports and 9014 for the fabric link.
