It actually is not documented anywhere all it says is Payload (not more explanatory then the "show jnh lb" cmd output)
-well but MPLS Payload can be L3 as well as L2+L3 or just L2(MAC/ISO/FR/ATM) or CEoP/SAToP.
So I guess until someone tests this we can't be sure.
