[j-nsp] New to Juniper: loopback interface address for the re0 configuration group?

Well the documentation can be confusing.

In re0 and re1 group you put the configuration specific to one RE. On my 
router I only set the host-name.
The loopback does not have to be different between the two RE, so you 
can let it on the standard hierarchy.
