[j-nsp] ACX5048 - Virtual Chassis

Thanks Giuliano,  I don't want to waste too much of my time and yours on
this if it's not supported... but just was curious what I could get away
with here....

It seems like I can add/delete gige ports as virtual-chassis vc ports, but
it says "absent"
