[j-nsp] RR does not reflect the routes.

Dear All,
Please advise for following problem.
Sanjose is RR with two peer (Hongkon and SauPaulo).  It learnt a route from HK(lo0) 192.168.16.1 but it does not reflect it to SauPaulo.
