[j-nsp] Junos 15.1 and DPC

Hi,

we run 15.1R4-S8 on MX-480 with RE-S-1300 and a few DPCE 4x 10GE R and
DPCE 20x 1GE + 2x 10GE R for a while, no problem. We use it as pure
internet border router with bunch of peers and upstreams.
